How long does it take to get my order?
Orders received by 2:30pm CST go out the same day everyday except Fridays.
Orders, once dispatched usually arrive in 2 days to their destination in the continental 48 states. It rarely takes 3 days.

Do you accept returns?
Do to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns.

Do you sell water to reconstitute it with?
We do not sell any reconstitution agents. Sterile water and similar are supplied by us.

I see two charges. Did I get charged twice? What do I do?
Occasionaly the merchant bank checks to see if there are enough funds in the account first by making a sample debit. Both debits will be pending, so this may look like you got charged twice. The sample debit will fall off on its own in a couple of days. Only one charge will go through. If for some reason both did go through completely, then please contact us and we will fix the issue immediately.

Is cold shipping necessary?
These peptides are quite stable in their lyophilized form. Cold shipping is not completely necessary but can give peace of mind to those living in hot states. But even if you receive the peptides and they are warm, they are still good. They can handle some extreme temperatures for a few days.

Are these peptides for human consumption?
